Every effort is given to provide you with helpful, timely customer service, and we will always try to exceed your expectations. Our pricing is fair and our shipping will be based on the table shown below.  We intend in no way to have profits hidden in exhorbitant shipping charges. If you are not satisfied with a purchase (with exception to CUSTOM PERSONALIZED Product) we will do our best to aid you in a return or exchange. Please, if you love what you have purchased, we would like to have those comments as well and we hope you will shop our site often...NEW items will be added on a regular basis, so you don't want to miss any of the NEW Arrivals!  Our goal is to provide great product at even GREATER pricing - more bang for your buck!

We protect you by utilizing secure on-line credit card transaction technology. We also protect your privacy and never give out your personal information without your consent. Any information we collect about you is used to make recommendations and process orders only.

Return Policy

Our merchandise is sold with a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. If something does not meet your expectations or is not the right size, please call, FAX, or email us within FIVE (5) days of receipt of goods. We will issue a return authorization number for return of goods. We do not accept merchandise that has been damaged, except during shipment or that has been worn. We will gladly replace, refund or credit your account, no questions asked, when we receive the merchandise with the return authorization included. We do not refund freight charges. We sell only first quality goods.   (Need a statement about PERSONALIZED ITEMS - something to the effect that PERSONALIZED ITEMS May NOT BE RETURNED).

Shipping and Handling

We offer priority shipping and handling through the United State Postal Service (USPS), which takes 2 to 3 days. If an item is temporarily out of stock you will be notified by email and asked if you want to have the rest of the order shipped or wait for the backordered item to become available. If you do not receive your order in the time specified, please contact us and we will track the order for you.

Sorry, we do not offer COD shipments.  

Shipping and handling fees will be charged according to the dollar value of your order as follows, excluding any taxes:

Orders up to $15.00 - $6.00 packaging, shipping and handling

Orders from $16.00 to $30.00 - $7.00 packaging, shipping and handling

Orders from $31.00 to $50.00 - $10.00 packaging, shipping and handling

Orders from $51.00 to $75.00 - $12.00 packaging, shipping and handling

Orders from $76.00 to $100.00 - $13.00 packaging, shipping and handling

Orders from $101.00 to $150.00 - $15.00 packaging, shipping and handling

Orders from $151.00 to $200.00 - $17.00 packaging, shipping and handling

Orders from $201.00 and up - $19.00 packaging, shipping and handling

When a shipment is extremely lightweight, we will reduce the shipping charge. When it is extremely heavy, we will notify you regarding any increase.

Payment Options

We accept payment via PayPal, or you can remit via personal checks. Orders cannot be shipped until payment has been satisfied and cleared.

When a personal check is used the merchandise will be shipped after the check has cleared jour bank, usually within 3 business days.

Insurance       

All packages are automatically insured for their full value. In case of receipt of damaged shipment, or if any package is missing, please file a claim with the carrier and notify us so that we may follow up.

Refused Shipment            

A 20% restocking charge, plus the freight charge, will be levied and billed by us on any unclaimed or refused shipment.
